About the speaker
François-Xavier Groleau works as Division Manager for Crown World Mobility in Malaysia and holds an LLM degree in International Trade Law.
Over the past 15 years, François-Xavier has worked in the Philippines, The United Kingdom, The Netherlands, France and Malaysia. His current focus is to build solutions for key Malaysian companies expanding talent mobility programs in the ASEAN region and international companies expanding their businesses in Malaysia. With HR industry experience from diverse sectors, he developed in-demand skills and competencies related to diversity and inclusion, client interactions, policy-writing, reviewing legal documents, as well as preparing and executing training for corporate expatriate support networks in the Middle East, North America, Europe and Southeast Asia.
