Société Générale Investment banking division has decided to reorganize its structure in Malaysia. Therefore, the Société Générale Offshore branch in Labuan has been definitely closed on the 30th of April 2009.

In addition Mr Xavier de Linares has been appointed Chief Representative for the Société Générale activities in Malaysia and the SG Representative office has been transferred to be together with ALD automotive.
