This latest edition of the Seminaire de Reflexion has been, more than ever the time to collect the opinions of the business comunity over the economical and financial crisis that is affecting all of us at different levels. Over forty members answered positively to this annual meeting. The participants were regrouped by group of 6/8 members depending of their professionals activities, debating on the situation faced by their respective sector.

The event started with the informative speeches from H.E Mr. Marc Barety: French Ambassador, Mr. Peer de Jong MFCCI president and Mr Jean-Francois Bijon, head of the Mission Economique de Kuala Lumpur.

After the discussion between the different groups, a common synthesis was finalised. Participating members agreed that all the sectors were affected by the crisis with various different impacts. However, MFCCI members are optimistic on managing the impact of the crisis as they trust the healthy financial and economical structure of the country. So even if there will be little fewer bonuses this year, the spirit of MFCCI member’s are good.
