SFRS was established in Hong Kong in 1980, based on an international household goods removal concept. Quickly, it became the largest company of its type in Hong Kong and in 1988 was acquired by the East Asiatic Company Limited. This provided additional financial strength for further expansion and development. At the end of 2000, SFRS acquired the Asian operations of Global Silverhawk. Today, SFRS is fully operational in 24 cities throughout Asia.

As a full‑scale Relocation Services provider, we provide household goods moving, home and school search, familiarisation programmes, cross‑cultural training, maid & handyman services, tenancy management and many other related services. Each year, we handle in excess of 15,000 relocations and we are proud to be a major player in the global relocations industry.

In addition, SFRS is dedicated to the quality standard of 'FAIW. Standing for FIDI Accredited International Mover, FAIM is the only quality standard specifically designed for the relocations industry. SFRS is proud of the fact that its Hong Kong office was the first company in Asia to be FAIM certified. All in all, SFRS is known for the level of quality it provides. Currently our individual shippers, as well as the HR professionals from their company, can track their shipments from start to finish.
