Volcanic ash clouds cause global chaos: dominated headlines all around the world, causing tremendous uncertainty. Whilst the world came to an almost standstill, 95% of the world's trade moved via container shipping, and 2008/2009 saw a 'volcano' for the business that no one had foreseen.

What are the challenge and opportunity for Malaysia as one of the world's top trading nations, and what needs to be done if Malaysia is to avoid possible future volcanos.
