Together with our member Cultural Impact, and our colleagues from the Malaysian Dutch Business Council, CCIFM is organizing workshop on Reskilling Team Management & Efficiency.

Technology is not just bringing rapid change to the speed and tempo of work, it is also bringing the world closer together.  These days, its not just MNCs that are doing business outside of national borders, SMEs are now looking at international markets as well.  

The vast majority of successful and growing organizations have multicultural teams, brought together for a wider variety of knowledge and experience.  Regardless of industry / sector / company size, organizations will have to interact with teams and companies from different cultures.  

Join our upcoming workshop on Reskilling Team Management & Efficiency to learn how to navigate these differences smoothly and efficiently, improve employee retention, and productivity.

About the Trainer

Marie specializes in cross cultural facilitation and diverse team coaching.   The founder of a consultancy - procurement office in Taiwan, and a cross cultural trainer with the Royal Tropical Institute (KIT) in The Netherlands, Marie has lived and worked in 8 different countries over the past 30 years (France, Taiwan, UK, The Netherlands, Brazil, Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia).  Based in Kuala Lumpur since 2001, she has been working with teams from Asia, Europe, and the US to enhance collaboration across cultures.
A native French speaker, Marie is fluent in English and Mandarin, and has a good knowledge of Malay, Indonesia, Spanish, and Portuguese.  She is a certified licensee of the Intercultural Readiness Check instrument as well as a WIAL Action Learning Coach.  She currently lives with her husband in KL.  In her spare time, Marie collaborates with museums and cultural institutions as a guest curator, speaker, and guide.
