Morning Talk: HR Management: Navigating Termination of Employment
CCIFM organized a Morning Talk on HR Management: Navigating Termination of Employment on 25th March 2025, at the CCIFM Business Center. The event, held in collaboration with Luther Corporate Services, aimed to provide HR managers and employers with practical guidance on handling employee terminations ethically and in compliance with regulations.
The seminar covered key topics such as minimizing risks in employee terminations, addressing performance issues, misconduct inquiries, and redundancy processes. It was designed to help attendees navigate the complexities of ending employment relationships in a lawful and ethical manner.
Shi Yin Khoo, Senior Associate at Luther Corporate Services, shared her expertise in dispute resolution and employment law during the session. With experience across multiple countries and a strong background in employment law, Shi Yin provided valuable insights to ensure organizations manage terminations effectively while safeguarding both employee rights and organizational interests.
