Nidec Leroy Somer gives Key Service Partnership to Elektro Serve (M) Sdn Bhd for Malaysia and Brunei.

In early 2019, Nidec Leroy Somer ORLÉANS, France, started assessing Elektro Serve (M) Sdn Bhd for the maintenance and repair of all their generator fleet for Malaysian and Bruneian market.

As a reminder, Nidec Leroy Somer is the number one producer of alternators from 10 kVA to 35 MVA worldwide and they started in France in 1919. They manufacture alternators under three brands, Leroy Somer, Kato Engineering and Caterpillar in their several factories in the US, Europe and Asia.

Elektro Serve (M) Sdn Bhd is a local Bumiputera company registered in 1990 and provides maintenance services for rotating equipment over 6 workshops in Malaysia, Brunei, Indonesia and lately, Kazakhstan.
This partnership was a quite common sense when you know the history of both companies and Elektro Serve will be able to deliver an OEM repair quality with Leroy Somers assistance and support.

Representatives from LS S'pore and LS France came to visit à few key customers in Malaysia to talk about this partnership between the two companies signed by the end of 2021. Mr David Sonzogni, President Electrical Power Generation worldwide and Mr Thierry Bennaim honoured us with their presence during this visit.
