1. Opening Remarks by the Chairman of the meeting (President MFCCI).
2. To receive the Annual Reports.
3. To receive and adopt the audited financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2025 and the Reports of the Directors and Auditors thereon.
4. To appoint Forvis Mazars PLT (AF001954) as Auditors of the Company in place of the retiring Auditors, T.L Lim and Company (AF1104), and to authorise the Directors to determine their remuneration.
5. To transact any other business for which due notice shall have been received.
6. Closure of meeting.
