Selling is all about being able to start and deepen interesting and valuable conversations with your clients and prospects. No matter the communication channels (phone calls, chats, emails, face-to-face meetings, 1-to-1 or 1-to-many video meetings,…) the ability to create the rapport and to really listen to your contacts is the key to build the trust and generate opportunities.

When it comes to interpersonal communication skills, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) represents a unique source of advanced techniques allowing to move from basic surface exchanges to in-depth conversations to identify the real stakes and motivations of the people you are talking to

This one hour Conference will firstly focus on the key communication principles that underlie any effective sales conversations. Then the objective will be to discover and practice NLP advanced techniques of active listening including a variety of rephrasing and questioning techniques in order to avoid the communication traps of omission, distorsion and generalization.
