A Morning Talk on developing and engaging Malaysian talent across cultures and generations, hosted by CCIFM in collaboration with Cultural Impact.

CCI France Malaysia, in collaboration with Cultural Impact, is pleased to host a Morning Talk exploring how to develop and engage Malaysian talent across cultures and generations.

In Malaysia’s talent landscape, many organisations are asking the same questions: How do we attract, develop, and retain strong talents and teams, especially in multicultural workplaces and across generations? And how do we support Malaysian professionals to thrive as future-ready leaders in multinational environments?

This morning talk draws on insights from Global Minds, Malaysian Roots to explore the cultural and generational factors that shape what talent needs today, including communication norms, motivational drivers, leadership expectations, and what “good development” looks like in practice. The session will combine a short panel conversation with a facilitated audience discussion, where participants can surface real talent challenges and hear practical perspectives from the speakers.

Who should attend:
This session is relevant for:

  • HR, Talent Management, and L&D leaders
  • People managers responsible for developing high-potential talent
  • Business/team leaders focused on retention and leadership pipelines
