CCIFM Networking Cocktail

Last Thursday, CCI France Malaysia organised our annual mid-year CCIFM Networking Cocktail, bringing together the Malaysian‑French business community at the newly opened Smith & Wollensky in Suria KLCC. We were delighted to welcome more than 100 representatives from our member companies and partners; reflecting the strength, diversity and dynamism of our community.

The evening opened with a welcome address by Mr. Alexis Wan Ullok, Director and Board Member of CCI France Malaysia, who underscored the Chamber’s strengthened regional engagement. In his speech, he highlighted the recent business delegation to the Johor‑Singapore Special Economic Zone, organised with the French Embassies in Malaysia and Singapore in partnership with CCIFM. 

Another highlight in the address is the upcoming business delegation to Sabah, taking place from 23–24 June 2026 in conjunction with the Sabah Oil, Gas & Energy Conference (SOGCE) that is taking place on the 25-26 June 2026. CCIFM will lead more than 40 representatives for a programme that includes dialogues with key state agencies and site visits organised with INVEST SABAH BERHAD. CCIFM will also host the CCI France Malaysia – TotalEnergies Pavilion, where nine companies will be exhibiting at SOGCE.

The networking session continued in a relaxed and convivial atmosphere, offering guests the ideal setting to meet new contacts, reconnect with familiar faces and explore fresh opportunities within the community.
