Overview
The Residence Chef is responsible for planning, coordinating and supervising all kitchen activities. He (She) must strive to contribute to the achievement of all the objectives of the position by ensuring efficient and well-represented Residence in terms of food preparation and presentation, suitable to the organisation of social events, house guests and functions that will facilitate diplomatic, political, defence, commercial and public activities.
Particular attention must be paid to menu planning and food preparation for the residence, its occupants and guests, meeting the specific requirements of each event and activity.
