Kering Services Malaysia

Starting from year 2021, Kering embark on Finance Transformation Project.
Kering Services Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. had been identified as Finance Transformation lead for APAC.
 Kering Finance Shared Service Transformation: 
•    Between 2013 and 2020, Kering has built a strong network of 17 Finance Shared Service Centres, covering all brands present in the main regions of the group. This common structure and governance promote process harmonization and best practices sharing across geographies, helping Kering becoming an integrated luxury group.

•    With a very strong sponsorship of group senior management, Kering Finance Shared Services Centre (KFSSC) has initiated a global transformation to re-invent and streamline shared service processes. This project leverages significant investment in technology (Implementation of SAP FMS & S4 Finance, Blackline, Concur, Esker, IBM Tririga…) and will span over 5 years (2020 to 2025).

•    Kering vision for this Centre: Become a reference Finance Platform (Centre of Excellence) focusing on the highest service level for our client (Kering & Brands)
o    Support global processes and allow continuous accounting & fast-close (1 day close)
o    Develop and maintain knowledge & skills on processes and best-in-class technology
