Business French Trial Class

CCIFM offered members a first look at corporate French through an engaging Business French Trial Class in collaboration with AFKL.

On 11 February, CCIFM hosted a Business French Trial Class in collaboration with Alliance Française Kuala Lumpur (AFKL), giving members the opportunity to explore corporate French and understand its value in professional environments.

The session highlighted how learning corporate French supported communication with French colleagues, enhanced business trips to France, and provided added value for employees.
Participants learned their first words in French and discovered AFKL’s learning approach. They were also introduced to the HRDCorp procedures available for companies wishing to claim course costs.

The session presented AFKL’s French for professionals programme, which offers individual and corporate training with customised classes and flexible scheduling. Participants also explored the Hyflex learning format, allowing courses to be taken online, onsite, or through self study via the AFKL app. The programme includes official diplomas issued by the Chambre de Commerce et d’Industrie de Paris (CCIP), covering French for Business, French for Hospitality, and French for Healthcare.

This event provided a valuable opportunity for participants to take the first step toward enhancing their professional communication skills.
