CCIFM HRDC Training: Empowering your Future with Gen AI
On 9th September 2025, CCIFM organized a training session titled “Empowering Your Future with Gen AI” for the second time at its Plaza Sentral Business Center. This HRDC-certified course was facilitated by Elisabeth Laubel, Director of All 1 KL, and featured guest trainer Stephane Monsallier, CEO of System-In-Motion. The training aimed at introducing non-technical professionals to the fundamentals of Generative AI, focusing on enhancing workplace efficiency, creativity and strategic decision-making through prompt engineering and AI integration.
Throughout the four-hour session, participants engaged in five structured chapters and two practical exercises. The interactive format covered key topics such as the principles of Gen AI, effective prompt crafting, corporate AI implementation and hands-on applications (using text; image; audio; voice tools). A mid-session coffee break allowed for networking and reflection, and in the end the training concluded with the presentation of certificates.
Elisabeth Laubel brought over 30 years of HR and training experience to the program, emphasizing the role of AI in building stronger employer value propositions. Stephane Monsallier, an AI expert with a background in Financial IT and a Master's in AI from Centrale Supélec, shared his insights on strategic AI adoption for enterprises. Together, they delivered a high-impact session that empowered participants to confidently navigate and leverage AI in their business environments.
