CCIFM HRDC Training: The Art of Prompt: How to Get Real Results with AI

On 25th February 2026, CCIFM held its third edition of the HRDC-certified training session “The Art of Prompt: How to Get Real Results with AI” at the Mont Kiara Business Center. The course was facilitated by Elisabeth Laubel, Director of All 1 KL, who is also representing the company System-In-Motion.

The training was designed to introduce non-technical professionals to the fundamentals of Generative AI, with a focus on improving workplace efficiency, fostering creativity, and supporting strategic decision-making through prompt engineering and AI integration.

Across the four-hour program, participants engaged in five structured chapters and two practical exercises. The interactive format explored key topics such as the principles of Generative AI, effective prompt crafting, corporate AI implementation, and hands-on applications using text, image, audio, and voice tools. A mid-session coffee break provided space for networking and reflection, and the session concluded with the awarding of certificates.

With over 30 years of HR and training expertise, Elisabeth emphasized the role of AI in strengthening employer value propositions. Her high-impact delivery empowered participants to confidently navigate and leverage AI in their business environments.
