CCIFM HRDC Training: Value Selling

On October 16th, 2025, CCIFM conducted a full-day HRDC-certified training session on Value Selling at its Plaza Sentral Business Center. The session was a hands-on, results-driven program designed to sharpen participants' ability to sell value rather than just products or services in increasingly competitive markets.

More than just a sales training course, the session provided a clear framework for salespeople to engage high-level clients, structure compelling value-based pitches, and improve conversion rates across the sales cycle. Covering key steps from legitimizing presence to closing deals with confidence, the course addressed real-world challenges in sales conversations while providing attendees with proven tools to boost persuasive impact and navigate objections effectively.

Throughout the day, they explored practical topics such as leveraging the 7 principles of influence, mastering active listening, and using consultative techniques to uncover customer motivations and elevate perceived value. The interactive format included dynamic role plays based on real cases, allowing participants to test their approach in a supportive environment.
