CCIFM Training: Leadership and Sales Management

On 15th April 2025, CCIFM organized a training session on Leadership and Sales Management, led by Antoni Girod.

This session aimed to equip participants with essential leadership capabilities, enhance their team's sales performance, foster a proactive mindset, and strengthen team cohesion and motivation.

Throughout the training, Antoni engaged participants through a variety of interactive methods, including scenario-based exercises, educational games, and role-playing activities. These dynamic approaches boosted engagement and made the learning experience highly impactful.

Antoni Girod is the Director of Halifax Consulting APAC, headquartered in Kuala Lumpur.
