HRDC Training: Upgrade your Human Operating System to Thrive
On the 25th of June 2025, CCIFM held a training session on "Upgrading Your Human Operating System to Thrive" at our Plaza Sentral Business Centre, led by Stephane Thiltgen. This HRDC-claimable session aimed to equip professionals with science-backed tools for managing energy, stress and focus in AI-driven work environments.
The program covered a range of key topics, including the impact of constant connectivity on well-being, nervous system mastery, and the five pillars of human peak performance. Attendees also explored the connection between diet, recovery, and long-term cognitive performance, with practical tips on managing digital fatigue and improving resilience. By the end of the session, participants left with a deeper understanding of how to stay grounded in a fast-paced world while cultivating essential human skills such as creativity, emotional intelligence, and deep focus -skills that AI cannot replace.
