Morning Talk: Sustainability in Focus - Building with Purpose

CCIFM organized a Morning Talk in collaboration with JLL on Sustainable Buildings and ESG Strategies on September 3, 2025 at the JLL Corporate Office in Kuala Lumpur.

Christophe Vicic, Chief Growth Officer of JLL Malaysia led the session, drawing from his extensive experience in real estate solutions. He outlined how organizations can future-proof their assets and build resilience through thoughtful design and sustainable practices.

The session focused on practical strategies for making commercial, office and industrial buildings more energy-efficient and climate-resilient. Participants were introduced to a range of innovations that are helping organizations reduce their carbon footprint while enhancing long-term asset value.

The talk brought together professionals and experts from the real estate and ESG sectors to explore how the built environment is being transformed to meet ESG goals, reduce operational costs, as well as maintain competitiveness in a rapidly evolving global landscape.

Attendees were granted an exclusive tour of the JLL TRX Corporate Office, highlighting their Green certified and WELL certified facilities. The session concluded with a networking brunch, offering attendees an opportunity to exchange perspectives and foster collaboration in driving green transformation across Malaysia’s built environment.
