Northern Region Networking Cocktail & Talk on Artificial Intelligence

CCI France Malaysia recently hosted a talk on Artificial Intelligence: Time to Act by Dr. Jerome Colin, followed by a networking cocktail for the French business community and members in the northern region. Held on Thursday, 11th December 2025, the event brought together professionals, business leaders, and members eager to explore AI applications while strengthening connections.

Dr. Jerome provided an overview of current trends and guided participants through real-world applications and live demonstrations, showcasing how AI solutions function in practice and the tangible value they bring to businesses. The session also addressed challenges, ethical considerations, and workforce implications, covering data privacy, responsible usage, and the evolving impact on employees.

The evening continued with a networking cocktail featuring speeches by Mr. David Attar, Managing Director of CCI France Malaysia, Mr. Michel Goncalves, Director of Alliance Française de Penang, and Mr. Gilles Waeldin, CCIFM Northern Region representative. Participants had the opportunity to catch up with peers, exchange ideas, and strengthen professional ties.
