Updates on TalentCorp Initiatives and MYXpats Centre Services

CCI France Malaysia, in collaboration with MYXpats Centre, hosted our annual Briefing Session that covered key updates on TalentCorp initiatives and MYXpats Centre services. As regulations on expatriate employment and talent mobility continued to evolve rapidly, staying informed had become a strategic necessity.

Participants had the opportunity to gain first‑hand insights into the latest developments, learning how these changes would influence the way organisations hired, managed, and retained both foreign and local talent in Malaysia.

The session featured in‑depth presentations from TalentCorp and MYXpats experts. Mr. Asyraful Munzir provided a comprehensive overview of the Revised Expatriate Salary Policy, offering clarity on its implications for employers. Mr. Simon Ang introduced the National Internship Ecosystem, highlighting its role in strengthening Malaysia’s overall talent development landscape. Mr. Shakirin Bin Mohd Fauzi detailed the latest updates on the Residence Pass‑Talent (RP‑T), outlining key criteria and process enhancements.

Through these direct exchanges with TalentCorp and MYXpats representatives, attendees were able to align their compliance strategies with the most recent government guidance. They also engaged in high‑level networking with C‑suite leaders, HR directors, and mobility experts, and took part in an open Q&A with the MYXpats team.
