CCIFM Training: Strategic Negotiation

CCIFM collaborated with Antoni Girod, APAC Director of Halifax Consulting to provide its members with a unique opportunity to gain insights into the essential principles of negotiation, with a specific focus on the balance of power. Through this collaboration, members were able to actively participate and gain practical experience with these principles, leading to a valuable enhancement of their negotiation skills.

The objective was to help salespeople structure and prepare their negotiations with seasoned buyers and improve their ability to close deals and maintain healthy margins. This event fostered a collaborative environment for knowledge, sharing and networking among sales professionals from various industries.
