In Conversation with Dato' Sri Mustapa bin Mohamed, Minister of Economic Affairs
CCIFM organized an exclusive webinar with YB Dato' Sri Mustapa bin Mohamed, Minister in the Prime Minister's Department (Economy) on 18th June 2020.
With the recent unveiling of PENJANA (Pelan Jana Semula Ekonomi Negara) or the National Economic Recovery Plan, the minister updated us on the government's outlook on the economy of Malaysia at the time of the COVID-19. This includes the initiatives by the Malaysian Government to ensure business continuity and the importance of foreign investors to the Malaysian Economy.
There were around 80 members who joined the webinar to understand the path to Malaysia’s economic recovery approach, which focuses on 3 key thrusts - Empower People, Propel Businesses, and Stimulate the Economy.
