Amy Wong is the Executive Director of Research & Consultancy at Knight Frank Malaysia, where she is actively involved in a diverse range of real estate consulting projects and real estate IPO submissions. She has over 20 years of experience in various traditional and emerging real estate asset classes. Recently, she has written research white papers on trending real estate issues, specifically on senior housing, data centres, and the adoption of ESG in the real estate industry in Malaysia. With a deep commitment to sustainability, her aim is to assist real estate players to align ESG goals with real estate investment and property development strategies, in order to enhance value for stakeholders and to contribute to a greener and more socially-conscious built environment in Malaysia.
