Elisabeth Laubel has 30 years of experience with 16 years in Malaysia in Human Resources, coaching and training services (All1KL Sdn.Bhd). Her objective is to assist companies in implementing a strong employer value proposition (EVP) and adopting more AI to better attract and retain talents.

Late 2022, she discovered – like many of us – the Generative AI. At 60, she understood that it's crucial for HR to involve the entire company and all employees in this transformation. This means not only guiding AI adoption in the short and medium term but also anticipating and managing the long-term impacts of AI on the company’s roles for all employees. In order to better assist companies and employees in their journey of Generative AI adoption, she learnt and now trains talents in prompt engineering and use of various Gen AI tools. 

Elisabeth holds an MBA from France/China and a Master's in Economics from Paris.  

For 12 years, she has been acting as HR consultant at the France Malaysia Chamber of Commerce (MFCCI), focusing on HR training and consulting for its members.

Since 2017 she has been in the Industrial Relations Panel at the Malaysian Employer Federation (MEF).

She is a Women in Tech (WIT) member and a System in Motion’s training partner.
