Elisabeth Laubel is a Human Resources and Training Consultant with 30 years of experience including 15 years in Malaysia. She has built her approach in national and global talent development through the consultancy services she provided to individuals, Small & Medium sized Enterprises (SMEs) and multinational corporations committed to empowering and supporting their employees.

Elisabeth is specialized in career transition, recruitment, talent development & management, employee relations and, outplacement services. She has expertise in implementing local and foreign employee placement and induction. More specifically she liaises with Malaysian talents who are graduated from French & European schools & universities to help them join local companies in Malaysia. While new challenges and trends such as Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), work-life balance and Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools, Elisabeth knows how to deal with these changes in the corporate world.

For years she has been conducting HR training modules and coaching staff from manufacturing environment, to construction industry and services including IT.    

She holds a M.B.A. Degree (France / China - 2006) and a Master Degree in Economics from the University of Paris (France - 1989).

Since 2017 she has been part of the “Industrial Relations Panel” at the Malaysian Employer Federation (MEF).

As Human Resources consultant in the France Malaysia Chamber of Commerce (MFCCI – Kuala Lumpur) for 12 years, she has been assisting and training the corporate members’ employees and representatives in HR matters such as talent development, employment contract and employee handbook, recruitment process, etc…

Elisabeth acted as Chairman of the HR Committee in EuroCham (formely European Malaysian Chamber of Commerce - EUMCCI) in 2017 – 2018.

As one of the 4,000 “Foreign Trade Advisors” nominated by the French Prime Minister throughout the world, she contributes to promote the French industries in Malaysia and to present their expectations and objectives particularly in HR fields to Malaysian bodies such as MIDA, MITI, etc  

Elisabeth is a HRDF Certified Trainer (7018).
