2. To receive the Annual Reports.
3. To receive and adopt the audited financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2019 and the Reports of the Directors and Auditors thereon.
4. To re-appoint the retiring Messrs Lew Lee & Co as the auditors for the ensuing year and authorize the directors to fix their remuneration.
5. To transact any other business for which due notice shall have been received.
