We are pleased to invite you to the 33rd Annual General Meeting of CCI France Malaysia. The meeting will provide an opportunity to review the highlights and achievements of the past year, while also outlining the next steps and future developments planned for the year ahead.

A key item on the agenda will be the election of the new Board of Directors, who will serve a three-year mandate and lead the Chamber into its next phase of growth.

1. Opening Remarks by the Chairman of the meeting (President MFCCI).

2. To receive the Annual Reports 2024-2025.

3. To receive and adopt the audited financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2024 and the Reports of the Directors and Auditors thereon.

4. To elect the new auditors for the ensuing year and authorize the directors to fix their remuneration.

5. To elect the new Board of Directors.

6. To transact any other business for which due notice shall have been received.

7. Closure of meeting.
