1. Opening Remarks by the President of MFCCI.
2. To receive the Annual Reports.
3. To receive and adopt the audited financial statements for the year ended 31
December 2020 and the Reports of the Directors and Auditors thereon.
4. To re-appoint the retiring Messrs T.L.Lim & Company as the auditors for the
ensuing year and authorise the directors to fix their remuneration.
5. To re-elect the directors
6. To transact any other business for which due notice shall have been received.
