CCIFM in collaboration with Business France, TalentCorp and Myxpat organized a briefing session on the Volunteering for International Experience (VIE) scheme.
Volunteering for International Experience (VIE) programme is a win-win solution, allowing companies to expand internationally, while helping young Europeans to gain experience abroad. Over the years, it has been an important mean of supporting the international development of businesses and strengthening France's economic community abroad.
While there are already a significant number of young French expatriates under this program in Malaysia, the objective of the seminar was to further inform French companies established in Malaysia about the benefits and also the practical procedure of recruitment and administrative management of these young expatriates, especially as far as immigration and tax matters are concerned.
