InvestKL Fit4Work Programme E-Briefing (Hiring Companies)

Dear members & friends,

InvestKL Fit4Work is a talent training programme under the Government's Penjana initiative to enhance young Malaysian graduates' essential skillsets required for the Global Services Industry.

InvestKL organizing a briefing session on the 27^th of April to update you on this programme. Details of the session are as below:

Programme Summary 

• InvestKL’ s Fit4Work programme is catered to enhance the skillsets of Malaysia’s fresh graduates. Fresh graduates will be exposed to 4 essential skill elements i.e. Management Skills, Knowledge Skills, Essential Skills and IR4.0 Business Skills training. 

• This is a train and place programme. The programme will be organised in selected universities and divided into four (4) cohorts of 100 participants each. Each cohort will experience a 3 month programme.

• InvestKL looks forward to working with relevant stakeholders amongst them French MNCs and SMEs for the purposes of providing employment to these newly trained fresh graduates.
