Sign In to RegisterJoin CCI France Malaysia and Cultural Impact for a French–Malaysian cross-cultural exchange bridging leadership perspectives.

In an increasingly globalized world, Malaysians have quietly yet confidently taken on leadership roles in some of the world’s top multinational corporations. But what sets them apart—and how do their cultural roots shape the way they lead and collaborate internationally?
CCI France Malaysia, in collaboration with Cultural Impact, is pleased to invite you to a special session inspired by the book Global Minds, Malaysian Roots, which reveals the human stories, leadership values, and cultural traits of 21 outstanding Malaysians who have made their mark globally while staying grounded in their Malaysian identity.
This session offers a unique opportunity to explore these insights through a French–Malaysian and multinational lens.
Objective
The objective of this session is to deepen participants’ understanding of intercultural dynamics in multinational environments, with a particular focus on Malaysian leadership styles and French–Malaysian collaboration.
