Vinexpo Asia 2026: Unlocking New Opportunities in Hong Kong

The Vinexposium group is delighted to announce the return of Vinexpo Asia 2026 to Hong Kong. After the success of the 2025 edition in Singapore, the focus now shifts back to the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC) from 26 to 28 May 2026. As the historic gateway to Mainland China and Northeast Asia, Hong Kong offers producers and buyers an efficient and internationally connected trading environment.

By rotating between Singapore and Hong Kong, Vinexpo Asia maintains a steady presence across two key markets, ensuring ongoing engagement with both ASEAN and Greater China. This flagship edition will bring together key players from the wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverage industry for three days of unmatched business opportunities.

A Format Aligned With New Market Dynamics

Designed to reflect the evolving structure of the market, the event now brings together three complementary segments to offer a complete experience:

  • Vinexpo Asia: Exclusively dedicated to the world of wines.
  • Be Spirits: Shining a light on spirits (including baijiu and soju), mixology, sakes, beers, and ciders for forward-looking producers.
  • Be No: A section entirely dedicated to the fast-growing segment of non-alcoholic and low-alcoholic beverages.

6 Key Themes at the Heart of the 2026 Edition

To help professionals navigate the current market transformation, Vinexpo Asia 2026 will focus on six major industry trends:

  1. The Shift to At-Home & Informal Drinking: Consumption is shifting towards more informal and at-home occasions in China and other parts of Asia.
  2. The Demand for Fresher, Lighter Styles: Younger Asian consumers are favoring fresher, lighter beverage styles, driving the rise of white and sparkling wines (especially from Germany, New Zealand, and South Africa).
  3. Evolving Diversity: Highlighted by the dedicated Be Spirits and Be No areas, including special pavilions from Japan and Korea.
  4. Asian Bar Scene Leadership: Spotlighting Hong Kong’s leadership in the bar scene and its positive impact on the spirits trade.
  5. New Era of Retail & E-Commerce: Exploring major developments in travel retail, e-commerce, and instant retail strategies.
  6. Fine Wine Shifts & Cultural Food Pairing: Addressing changes in the collectors' segments and the challenges of food pairing with Asian and Chinese cuisine.

Trade professionals will also have full access to the world-class educational program at the Vinexpo Academy, including masterclasses and conferences hosted by top experts to decrypt these fast-changing demands.

Reminder of the previous Hong Kong edition (2024) figures:

  • 60 represented countries
  • 4,237 pre-scheduled meetings
  • 14,203 trade participants attended
