30th Annual General Meeting
CCI France Malaysia held its 30th Annual General Meeting on the 8th of September 2022 at MIDA Sentral.
It was an occasion for us to update our members on the performance of the chamber for the year 2021, including highlights and achievements over the past year and the financial report of the chamber.
Despite the very negative situation at hand in 2021, globally and locally, CCI France Malaysia has managed, thanks to the support of its members and partners as well as the day-to-day resilience of its team, to adapt and remain effective in its contribution to the Malaysia-France trade and its support to its members.
The priority was to assist our members to manage the COVID-19 pandemic, CCIFM team worked to provide updated information and practical assistance to its members through direct and tailor-made communication as well as webinars. This was achieved due to the permanent support of our Malaysian Ecosystem MITI, MIDA, MDEC, TalentCorp and the various regional agencies such as Invest KL, Invest Johor, IRDA, Invest Penang, NCER and Invest Sabah.
In 2021, we also launched the CCIFM “Private Space” an online platform, supported by CCI France International, connecting them to over 300 companies in Malaysian and more than 20,000 companies worldwide as part of the CCIFI network of 125 chambers in 95 countries.
CCIFM is currently ranked 11th worldwide and 6th in Asia among the 125 chambers, a jump from its ranking at number 15th worldwide and 7th in Asia in 2020.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank MIDA for hosting the venue for our Annual General Meeting, reinforcing our strong partnership.
