CCI France Malaysia Board of Directors Announces Leadership Changes: A Continued Commitment to Our Members
Kuala Lumpur, April 23rd 2025 — After 25 years of dedicated service, Michel Lozac'h will retire from his role as Managing Director of CCI France Malaysia on April 30th, 2025.
Throughout his tenure, Michel has played a key role in the Chamber’s growth, strengthening its position as a vital network connecting French and Malaysian businesses.
Michel joined CCI France Malaysia in 2000, and under his leadership, the organization has expanded significantly. What began as a small team of three full-time employees has grown to a dedicated team of 23.
Since its founding in 1991, the Chamber has evolved into a robust platform offering a comprehensive range of services to support French businesses in Malaysia. With over 600 French companies currently operating in Malaysia and more than 300 members, CCI France Malaysia continues to be an important driver of business collaboration and trade relations between the two countries.
Looking ahead the Board of Directors has decided to appoint David Attar, the current General Manager, effective 1st May 2025 to succeed Michel as the new Managing Director.
Having been with the organization for 25 years, David brings extensive knowledge and experience, which positions him well to lead the Chamber into its next phase of development.
In addition, Thina Krishnan, the Chamber’s Head of Membership, PR, Events & Communications, will take on the role of General Manager.
With also 25 years of experience at CCI France Malaysia, Thina has developed a deep understanding of the organization’s operations and its members' needs. Her extensive expertise will be invaluable in further strengthening the Chamber's engagement and enhancing services for members and partners alike.
This organisational change reflects the Chamber’s continued commitment to fostering excellence for the benefit of its members and to promoting successful bilateral trade between France and Malaysia.
