Aim of the CCIFM Excellence Award
The CCIFM Excellence Award honours the outstanding achievements of French and Malaysian companies and individuals who have significantly contributed to strengthening bilateral trade between Malaysia and France.
This award celebrates the success of French businesses thriving in Malaysia and Malaysian companies collaborating with French partners.It serves as a platform to recognize and encourage ongoing innovation, creativity, and excellence, driving both local and global competitiveness.

Award Category
Outstanding Achievement "Large Company"
- Open to a company with full time employees exceeding 200 or with annual sales turnover exceeding RM 50 million.
- For achievement in Research and Development (R&D), Innovation or Successful Set-Up.
Outstanding Achievement "SME"
- Open to a company with full time employees not exceeding 200 or with annual sales turnover not exceeding RM 50 million.
- For achievement in Research and Development (R&D), Innovation or Successful Set-Up.
Image of France
- A company with a successful promotion of a French Product / Brand in Malaysia.
Entrepreneur of the Year
-For entrepreneur of French Origin/companies registered in Malaysia, created and managed by a French person living abroad.(entrepreneur of French origin). No capital link with a French company.
- For achievement in Research and Development (R&D), Innovation or Successful Set-Up.
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
-A company with a successful CSR initiatives in Malaysia.
France-Malaysia Smart Partnership
- Recognises a successful joint venture between a Malaysian and a French company.
Eligibility & Nomination
- Participation is open to all CCIFM Members ONLY.
- Company or Individual can nominate either themselves or a third party to content for one or more award categories.
Assessment Process
- Members of the Jury will shortlist successful applications for each award category. They may or may not then request for a site inspection of the short-listed companies.
- Shortlisted candidates will be announced on the CCIFM website
- Winners for each category will be announced during the CCIFM Annual Gala Dinner and the award will be presented by the guest of honour (a minister) in the presence of the VIPs.
All applications must be submitted by1st October 2024
Terms & Conditions
- Applications will be disqualified under the following circumstances.
- Incomplete applications and/or applications received post-deadline.
- Any information provided by applicants is subsequently discovered to be fraudulent/false or if there is a material misstatement or omission.
- Applicant is not a member of CCIFM.
- The Jury’s decision is final. No appeal will be entertained.
- CCIFM reserves the right to use non-confidential information and the companies’ logo as provided by the applicants in all publications relating to the Awards.
- All applications must be submitted by 1st October 2024.
