CCIFM Training: Leadership & Strategic Negotiation

CCIFM organized an intensive training session focused on Leadership & Sales Management. Under the guidance of Antoni Girod, Director of Halifax Consulting APAC, the day was marked by an in-depth exploration of advanced techniques aimed at equipping participants to effectively coach their sales teams and enhance their performance.

Participants had the opportunity to delve into various crucial aspects of sales management, including team diagnosis, implementing individualized follow-ups, and fostering collective motivation. Through interactive discussions and practical exercises, they acquired hands-on skills directly applicable to their professional environments.

A significant part of the training was devoted to organizing collective brainstorming sessions, highlighting the importance of fostering an environment conducive to innovation and teamwork problem-solving. Participants learned to leverage the diversity of ideas and perspectives within their teams to find innovative solutions.
