CCIFM hosted a Peer-to-Peer HR Exchange & Brainstorming session with Elisabeth Laubel, HR Consultant.
The event brought together HR leaders in a conducive setting for collaboration and knowledge-sharing. The aim was to foster a better understanding of HR challenges specific to French companies operating in Malaysia.
Participants engaged in insightful discussions and shared best practices on key topics such as talent acquisition and retention, employee engagement, work-life balance, multi-generational management, and employer branding.
