CCIFM Training: Emotional Intelligence Awareness: Dealing with The Human Side at Workplace
CCIFM has been certified as a training provider center by Human Resource Development Corporation (HRDC).
Our first ever training was conducted on the 20th of September on the topic Emotional Intelligence Awareness: Dealing with The Human Side at Workplace by Elisabeth Laubel.
Elisabeth has over 30 years of experience in general management, business strategy and Human Resources management in Malaysia, Russia and France. Since 2011 she has been acting as a Human Resources consultant at CCIFM to assist and train its members, staff and representatives in HR related matters.
The full day training was designed for participants to have an in-depth understanding of what emotional intelligence is, why it is essential and the areas of impact. Also, the training guided participants on how to develop EI at the workplace and Self Awareness.
