Munzir is currently the Assistant Vice President of the Project Management & Stakeholder Engagement (PMSE) unit at the MYXpats Centre, where he is responsible for planning and executing strategic projects involving key external stakeholders. His portfolio includes engagement with government ministries, government-linked companies (GLCs), and international business chambers.

Prior to joining TalentCorp, Munzir served at the Social Security Organisation (PERKESO) under the Employment Insurance System (EIS) Office, where he was actively involved in delivering Public Employment Services (PES) through Active Labour Market Policies (ALMPs), contributing to national efforts in employment facilitation and workforce reintegration.

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Universiti Tenaga Nasional.
