Dhiva is an interculturalist focused on helping young people navigate global workplaces with confidence. As Intercultural Education & Research Lead at Cultural Impact and editor of Global Minds, Malaysian Roots, she designs and delivers intercultural agility programmes for high school and university students, as well as emerging professionals. Drawing on her own experience in psychology, UX Design, and as a Certified Action Learning Coach, she blends research, storytelling and dialogue-based methods to make complex cultural topics accessible. Dhiva’s work centres on helping Malaysian talents understand their cultural strengths and translate them into global settings, whether in multinational organisations, international study environments or cross-border collaborations.
