Marie TsengFounding Director & Intercultural Leadership Expert, Cultural Impact

Marie is a cross-cultural facilitator and coach with more than three decades of experience working with multicultural teams around the world. Originally from France and now based in Kuala Lumpur, she has worked extensively across Asia, Europe and the United States, helping leaders and teams turn cultural complexity into collaboration. As Founding Director of Cultural Impact and Education Director on the Board of the World Institute for Action Learning (WIAL), she designs programmes that bring psychological safety, inclusive leadership and real team transformation to life. Marie is co-author of Global Minds, Malaysian Roots and co-creator of the Cultural Impact Scan (CIS©), and is particularly known for bridging Western and Asian perspectives in global corporations, international schools and social impact organisations.
