Micole GohESG Country Lead, Ipsos Strategy3

Micole has over 17 years of experience within both the industry and the consulting space.  She started of her career as a field biologist with a global player before moving into the consulting space in 2011. She has led and executed numerous local and regional consulting projects across the healthcare, agriculture, construction and biotechnology sectors to name a few. During these engagements, she has helped the clients with specific strategic actions plans for them to address their business challenges. 

Within the ESG space, she has led numerous engagements over the last 3 years and these engagements include assessing markets in Asia for sustainable feedstock supply, evaluating the readiness of local FMCG players in implementing plastic circularity models and charting the way forward on tiger conservation in Malaysia. She also led a study that comprehensively assessed Malaysia’s legislative system and policies that are in place to promote and enforce equality and non-discrimination based on gender.

Micole holds a first degree in Industrial Biology from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (2004) and an MBA from Universiti Malaya (2012).
