CCIFM Training - Recruit & Retain

The latest CCIFM Training: Recruit and Retain, conducted by our HR Consultant, Elisabeth Laubel, was a deep dive into employer branding for HR leaders. Through case studies and interactive workshops, participants gained a comprehensive understanding of the impact of employer branding on talent acquisition and retention, crafted employer value propositions (EVPs), and developed effective recruitment strategies along with strategic onboarding and offboarding practices. Our trainer, Elisabeth Laubel, emphasized the importance of aligning employer branding with organizational values and goals. She also provided workshop tasks tailored to participants’ employer brand action plans and outlined clear next steps for follow-up.
