French Career Development Talk
On Friday 8th December, Malaysia-France University Centre (MFUC) organized its annual French Career Talk together with Malaysian French Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MFCCI).
The sixth edition of the event welcomed over 50 Alumni from different backgrounds and industries to meet French companies based in Malaysia.
Among the participating companies, Total, Ansaldo, CMA CGM and Saint Gobain could present their activities before sharing their current and future vacancies.
Event was followed by a sharing session with Alumni. Prof Datuk Seri Dr. Md.Zabid Hj Abdul Rashid – co-Director of MFUC, Kreshna Rajendran – Regional Operations Executive at Petronas, and Kevin Wong, shared their experience in France and how it has impacted their career.
To conclude the event, Elisabeth Laubel, HR consultant at MFCCI provided recruiting tips and recommendations to the Alumni. The talk also emphasized on the Malaysia's recruiting trends in 2017-2018.
Career Talk was then followed by MFUC annual Alumni Cocktail, attended by H.E. Frédéric Laplanche, Ambassador of France to Malaysia.
