Interchamber Ladies Sundowner
On 15th March 2023, CCIFM celebrated International Women’s Day. The Interchamber Ladies Sundowner that took place in Le Meridien Kuala Lumpur was an empowering event, co-organized with 12 other leading bilateral chambers and brought together about 85 women from various business backgrounds.
Additionally, we had an exclusive guest speaker, Dato Ami Moris, the Executive Coach & Advisor from 30% Club, who gave a speech on diversity, equity and inclusion. The Malaysian Chapter of the 30% Club was launched in May 2015 with the aim of improving diversity on the Malaysian corporate boards and senior management. Through its activities, 30% Club Malaysia aims to increase women’s participation in boards, and works alongside local regulators to build an ecosystem of corporations.
