Mission

To consolidate its growth in Asia-Pacific, AERO NEGOCE INTERNATIONAL is looking for a motivated and reliable Inside Sales Representative, based in our office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

In close collaboration with the head office and under the direct supervision of the Branch Manager – Asia/Pacific, he/she will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You should be able to close sales and meet targets.

To be successful as an inside sales representative you should be able to build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction. A top inside sales representative should also be very competitive and a good listener.

Main responsibilities

• Quote inbound RFQ’s, communicating with customers and following up on leads.
• Answering potential customers' questions and follow up on open orders until completion.
• Researching and qualifying new leads.
• Closing sales and achieving sales targets.

Profile

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Exceptional customer service skills: taste for human contact and a customer-focused work ethic
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce.
• Previous exposure to the aerospace industry is a plus.
• Candidates must be fluent in English.
