Morning Talk: Optimize your sales conversations with NLP advanced techniques

During this one hour conference Antoni went over the key communication principles that underlie any effective sales conversations. The objective was to discover and practice NLP advanced techniques of active listening including a variety of rephrasing and questioning techniques in order to avoid the communication traps of omission, distortion and generalization. The session was designed for participants to understand the advanced techniques allowing them to move from basic surface exchanges to in-depth conversations.
