Morning Talk: Pathfinding Towards a Forced Labour-Free Future

CCIFM organized a Morning Talk with Human Resources Without Borders (RHSF) on the 31st May 2023. Magali Croese, the main speaker, provided insights into the risk of forced labour and how due diligence frameworks around the European Union and the world aim to address it, especially in relation to Malaysian businesses

They also shared their expertise on forced labour risk assessment in supply chains. The talk offered attendees valuable examples of labour management practices that align with pathfinder countries’ goal of eradicating forced labour by 2030.

RHSF is a French non-profit organisation partnering with the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs and companies to experiment with alternative labour practices in the field. Its mission is to prevent the risks of indecent work in supply chains and to disseminate its field results and expertise among all those dedicated to promoting decent work.
